An awesome getaway/retreat property! Current owner pulled his RV in & set up camp for hunting. Electric in place just needs a meter installed. There is an older septic system that the Owner would utilize for his RV. There are 2 springs. One has evidence of a spring box that probably furnished the old house trailer. The second currently serves as a wildlife watering hole. There is a field with a road/atv trail leading to it. There's also a seasonal/wet weather creek on the property. Very private but must state there is a right of way (in rough condition) to another 60 acre tract of land. The Mountain Valley Pipeline does run through the property but opens the land up for some great long range hunting. ATV trails (some need work) run throughout the property. Great wildlife!
