This is the neateast hunting camp I have seen. The home and the land is maintained better then most peoples homes. This has beautiful springs on the farms which draw the turkeys and deer in along with all the hardwood timber which makes acorns for feed. There is over 10 food plots maintained by the current owners some of which are spring feed with water year long. The mobile is nice enought anyone would stay in the mobile home is very nice super clean. It is completely stocked with very tastfully and nice furniture that could convey for the right offer. There is several buildings for storage and deer stands. Lots of great memories the family has made here but sellers are willing to allow the new owner to enjoy this as they have and allow the new owners to make great memories.
